2009, a year budget to the areas of knowledge

Siamo arrivati alla fine di questo durissimo 2009 ed è tempo di tracciare un bilancio dell'anno trascorso.

2009 was yet another difficult year for school, university, research and all areas of knowledge. Despite the triumphalism of the majority of government reforms, these fields were in our vehicle for budget cuts and human resources, reduction of spaces of freedom, shrinkage of the educational, ideological and reactionary to a wave that is dangerously lowering the quality of our educational and research institutions, in violation of the principles and values \u200b\u200bof our Constitution.

2009 was the year of crisis across the world, the year of unemployment, the closure of companies, general impoverishment. E, dulcis in fundo, il Governo ci regala una legge finanziaria per il 2010 che conferma le politiche inique e asfittiche fin qui condotte, a partire da una pressione fiscale insostenibile per lavoratori e per i pensionati. "Questo Governo - ha detto Epifani commentando la finanziaria - passerà alla storia per aver affrontato la crisi più dura dopo quella del '29 senza spendere nulla, come se fosse qualcosa di ordinario".
Nessun intervento a sostegno dello sviluppo, niente investimenti per creare ricchezza, niente per l'occupazione dei giovani, niente per la conoscenza, niente per garantire i precari. Solo iniquità e demagogia.

Ma la CGIL non demorde.
Intensificheremo il lavoro per un fisco giusto: ridurre la pressione sul lavoro dipendente di 20 miliardi nei prossimi 3 anni; aumentare le detrazioni; spostare il carico fiscale dal lavoro alle rendite e alle grandi ricchezze.
Saremo in prima linea per il rinnovo di tutti i nostri contratti, per scardinare il decreto Brunetta e per migliorare e qualificare il lavoro, soprattutto nella conoscenza: formazione e aggiornamento in servizio, libertà di insegnamento e di ricerca, autonomia sono il cuore di tutte le nostre professioni.
Lavoreremo, insieme a tutti gli operatori, per riformare davvero i nostri settori, smascherando chi chiama riforma pure-saving operation and decommissioning.

On 22 October 2009, the FLC has unveiled the new logo.

Le critiche mosse da Franco Giustolisi e da Dino Messina allo scritto di Maurizio Cosentino La Vergogna dell’ armadio , non possono far altro che acuire lo sconcerto per l’atteggiamento chiuso e ingiustificabile di persone che intervengono, spesso a sproposito, in merito a questioni di storia e di cultura in generale.. È evidente che né Giustolisi (poco giusto,sic!) né Messina abbiano affatto letto una sola pagina del libro di Cosentino, ma si siano fermati al titolo, alla copertina o, al massimo, alla recensione. Assolutamente fuori luogo e ancora a sproposito tornano i sospetti o le accuse, non certo velate, di “negazionismo” o di “revisionismo”.
Il 15 luglio sulle pagine di Avvenire, Franco Giustolisi si scaglia veementemente contro lo storico Paolo Simoncelli, reo di aver scritto una recensione al libro di Maurizio Cosentino (e inoltre di averlo anche letto) e contro il professor Cosentino (reo di averlo scritto), arrivandosi perfino a definire egli stesso un “folle”. Già nell’incipit Giustolisi parla di “sbugiardamento del suo operato”. Ma uno studioso non dovrebbe essere più interessato all’oggetto delle sue indagini che alla stesura di un suo testo? E poi dov’è finito il confronto? Quel confronto, attraverso cui si accerta la veridicità di un fatto, si effettua una ricostruzione quanto più vicina e fedele alla realtà. La vergogna dell’Armadio non racchiude lapidarie sentenze né teorie campate in aria, ma esplica un’analisi oggettiva di documenti realmente esistenti. Cosentino non ha cercato sterili polemiche né pubblicità, anzi si è più volte mostrato disponibile ad un confronto. Ha avuto il coraggio di adoperarsi per rivendicare la rispettabilità e la credibilitá delle istituzioni chiamate in causa dalle indagini e, se vogliamo ben considerare, anche quella della storia della nostra nazione, rispettivamente a questa vicenda; quella rispettabilità messa in discussione e in diverse forme calpestata da giudizi infondati o, ancora peggio, da vanaglorie o interessi auroreferenziali.

Grande prestazioni di tutti gli atleti, grande divertimento e tifo.
